Scenes from the Farmers' Market

  1. Great photos but it's suddenly seeming like late summer. Peaches, sunflowers and zinnias all feel like August to me.

  2. Hey Steve, we get all these things earlier because we're much farther south, I guess. Tomorrow morning we're going blueberry picking. It'll be super hot, but those berries are worth it. Look for a blueberry post in the near future! Thanks for your comments and being a follower of My Little Bungalow.

  3. It's so nice to see shared interests around the nation. Your Farmers Market is as luscious as the ones I frequent... and your bungalow is precious!

  4. Hi Country Cardinal,
Thank you for your nice comment. We went to the farmers market today and came home with eggplants for making baked eggplant parmesan, two goat cheeses, tomato and cucumber and 12 ears of white corn! Oh, and some lovely fresh flowers, which I'm going to post on my blog. Enjoy your summer!

  5. It appears we had a similar day, minus the eggplants. Ours are still babies on the plants (can't wait till they're all grown up). Enjoy your farmers market harvest!

  6. Hey Claudia ~Thanks for stopping by today. Your message disappeared on my email so fast I didn't get a chance to get your email address. Hope you got your tomatos for a sandwich. Looks the market was good today. The pictures are great. I've looked through some of your older posts and possibly from the same area as me. Just never know. Anywho ... Thanks for stopping in and please come by again. Debi
