Blueberry Tart

This fresh blueberry tart is a summer favorite at our house. I always make at least one after going berry picking. If you're a fan of blueberries, you'll love this tart which is simple to make, yet elegant and perfect for company. So, what's your favorite way to use blueberries in cooking?

  6. Gorgeous photos, especially the last shot. Your pie looks so delicious. I love blueberries but in Australia in summer, they're not all that plentiful and the ones that are still tend to be quite expensive. I do love them mixed with raspberries and strawberries for a refreshing 'fruit salad' though.
