I wouldn't do them in mini muffin tins because of the chocolate batter that is added and swirled. I think it would be too small. If you give it a try, let me know how it turns out.
ClaudiaMy Little Bungalowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17661291354573889109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6855559240091587971.post-35478595382303085852016-01-11T20:42:48.779-05:002016-01-11T20:42:48.779-05:00These look fabulous and yummy!!! I do think muffins are tricky...they can be over baked so quickly, and on the other hand can come out much too gooey. I know our bookstore has the magazine, so I'll try to buy it!Libby https://www.blogger.com/profile/11556491482494737313noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6855559240091587971.post-44765594331388750562016-01-11T13:14:38.500-05:002016-01-11T13:14:38.500-05:00Hi Sheila. I think you'll have to visit a bookstore (like B&N) or buy a copy online. It's worth it. I'm thinking of buying the first issue online. If you end up making something from it, let me know.My Little Bungalowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17661291354573889109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6855559240091587971.post-22612594150579666102016-01-11T12:44:48.432-05:002016-01-11T12:44:48.432-05:00The sight of those muffins made my tummy growl! Maybe all of your readers could each try a recipe and send you the results? It would be a great excuse to bake stuff on a cold winter's day!

Love and good eats,
Sheila Sheilanoreply@blogger.com
