Never used it in baking, My husband would love this cake. Going to pin this recipe. The lowest priced cardamom and also the freshest is in bags at the Indian grocery. I buy lots of spices there, cinnamon sticks, peppercorns for our grinder, fennel seeds and then all the regular Indian spices like turmeric, coriander and cumin, etc. in large sizes and then keep them in the freezer.Cindy @ a curious gardenerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10303756811551040856noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6855559240091587971.post-74758294761204764992012-12-02T11:43:01.642-05:002012-12-02T11:43:01.642-05:00Oh my gosh I love cardomom. Might be fun with a few golden raisins in it too.

Let me know if you ever find a good recipe for kheer. I just can't get it to come out the same as what I get in a restaurant.

Beautiful photo too. I get the idea you love photographing as much as the cooking. An Urban Cottagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08666212353075804092noreply@blogger.com
