I completely understand your desire to attend the children's Mass with your grandchildren. How special and what wonderful memories! I'd love to see your 1917 bungalow. Yours is about 5 years older than ours. Sometimes I can't believe we live in a house that is almost 94 years old. I just love old things and the history they have! Happy New Year to you, Susan.
ClaudiaMy Little Bungalowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17661291354573889109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6855559240091587971.post-44143092500617873412015-12-28T21:25:32.060-05:002015-12-28T21:25:32.060-05:00So beautiful and peaceful - your decorations! So worth it to be with them - the kids will grow fast and I can then take them to Midnight Mass. I plan on checking out the book you are reading - sounds interesting. Love your bungalow. I have one built in 1917 - Jacksonville Florida in the historic district. Love following yours! I'll be finishing it in the next day or two (great reading weather with all this rain we're having). Then on to the next book. Any recommendations?
ClaudiaMy Little Bungalowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17661291354573889109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6855559240091587971.post-41586775610528615032015-12-28T09:36:10.103-05:002015-12-28T09:36:10.103-05:00Hi Claudia, I hope you enjoy All the Light You Can...Hi Claudia, I hope you enjoy All the Light You Cannot See. I read it last year and really enjoyed it. Your Christmas sounded wonderful. I plan to enjoy my decor a little longer as well. I take things down gradually. Yes, I hope we have a cool down soon, though I'm going to love the next gas bill. We haven't had our heat running in quite some time! Enjoy your New Year ... do you have plans?
ClaudiaMy Little Bungalowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17661291354573889109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6855559240091587971.post-21924856966751881372015-12-27T18:11:15.907-05:002015-12-27T18:11:15.907-05:00Merry Christmas and happy New Year to you, Cindy! ...Merry Christmas and happy New Year to you, Cindy! Was it made locally? Well, we were to go to a 4PM carol service but never quite made it for many reasons. All dressed and then we had to change plans. But still, it was a lovely evening and a peaceful Christmas. We are all so fortunate, aren't we? Enjoy your week off (I'm sure you will!) Maybe the weather will cool down and be seasonable!
